I wanted to publish philosophy text to some journals or magazines.
I found some big journal and the conditions are retarded

They say you can't for one year publish your stuff anywhere else, even on your own website or social media. You can't publish it on other journals too.

Should I just fuck them and publish my stuff on my website and forums or somewhere?

I think what OP is really asking is how can he protect his IP before just copy pasting it everywhere.
Surely there must be some method to ensure his name is attached as the original author. Even if it just for the principle of claiming it as his work. In this day and age anything you post on line will be be stolen by some Jeet or Zipper and re-posted a million times.
Case in point, I often pepper my 4chan comments with unique phrases. Sure enough I will find someone else ( or bot ) using those exact same phrases, including my deliberate misspellings and nonsense words, somewhere else a few days later.
Fuck, there are even utubers who make a fucking career out of shoving themselves in front of someone else's video and "commenting on it". Lol, I came across one guy doing this on videos about squeezing blackheads. I mean, how fucking low can one go?

Essentially a rubber stamp of authorship.

Not saying it actually has to be published or distributed in some form, but just to have an official third party acknowledging you as the source. So at the very least if you then start distributing it yourself and someone copies it and posts it as their own work you have some ability to claim ownership.
