Theoretically speaking, pi is infinite, so what’s to stop me from drawing a circle and figuring out a way to harness that infinite on a physical paper and turning it into energy? Does any scientist touch on this?

because of hardware limitations and also convenience there is leftover pie to spoil in front of ants and other little people
its the same as making equan thirds in base 10 when we should have been using base 15

They do that already it's called free energy but the oil companies don't want it.
If you could harness the infinite gradients of a circle you have power.

Pie is a number that doesn't exist outside of your mind and social agreement.
A circle has a boundry as part of it's creation.

That doesn’t make sense tho, it’s universal regardless of what base you count with?
>>16777919
Above contradicts - however I want to believe you could too

Why would they do this

practically it isn't. draw a circle as wide as the observable universe, you'd still need a few decimals at most

>pi is infinite
It's less than 4

Get the fuck out of here. Real scientist are platonists.

In base pi, pi is 1.

Well? What is stopping you? Why aren't you generating infinite energy from pi right at this moment?

>Theoretically speaking, pi is infinite, so what’s to stop me from .......
...... from converting it to base 26 numerical system. Then assigning each digit a letter of the alphabet. If it's truly infinite then the completed works of Shakespeare should appear somewhere within Pi.

>if its infinite then letters should just appear out of nowhere and eventually write a book
It has infinite digits. Digits comprising 0-9. Infinity does not mean "everything just happens cuz magic". It's just an endless series of the same digits in an infinite level of arrangement. It's not going to start spawning letters and other shit. That's retarded.

It needs infinite energy to mine it out so they cancel out.

theirs no boundery of a circle it just has the edge of it is randomly.

I have to be honest, I don't even get how pi is calculated, I mean it's a physical thing, a property of our 3d universe, a real measurement of a physical object, how do they calculate it to a million places or whatever, don't you need a round object and a tape measure to calculate it?

>the ideal circle isn't real
>so how do I harness the power difference between the ideal circle and the real circle?

the fact that its not infinite
Anonymous No.16778568 >>16778889
In the perverted and UNGODLY mathematics we see today that would be possible. Just as harnessing a team of flying pink unicorns and using them to plow the skies would be possible.
Anything can work in fantasy.
The simple fact however is that circles do not exist. Circles are constructed from a point. Points do not exist either. Nor do lines, negative numbers or infinities.
Let us be clear. The Universe is discrete and finite. All mathematics should be based on those fundamental truths. Any mathematician who denies that is a GOD CURSED HERETIC and will be burned at the stake.
It is GOD's will.
And we of THE ONE TRUE FINITE FAITH will prevail!
