There's this advanced technology called "scheduling" so what it does is when one guy sleeps, another guy does the thing, and then when the other guy is sleepy he goes to sleep and the fist guy wakes and gets to doing the thing.

you can offset the need for rest with drugs and way too much food OP you can stay awake for 5 days easy
eventually the shadow people stop bothering you and you become coordinated like you hadnt been awake for 5 days it just takes a bit of practice its best to be constantly active in this time though otherwise you will probably fall asleep
I used to work out at night between shifts and i was doing pretty well, made huge gains, became strong enough to fall asleep standing upright, i'm pretty incredible OP. do you want to know what i think about eating once a day vs 0 times? if you arent going to consume enough to do what consuming is supposed to do youre better off just taking sugar and water in a lot of cases (just walked 300km without food or rest a couple weeks ago)(im white).

That's a great question, but the truth is that regardless of how it can be done, I don't want buisnesses to go around thinking it's okay to not let people sleep. We already have this problem in the world, could you imagine if the problem was made worse?
