Well, IQ standard deviation is 15 and India's population is over 1 billion, so a normal distribution would predict that amongst all Indians who have ever lived, there can be a single 150 IQ genius 5-6 standard deviations from the mean (76.2 + 5.5 * 15 = 158.7). Of course if you believe Ramanujan's IQ is 180 or higher then it becomes less likely. But there's also an anthropic principle at play, so it ends up being the kind of fallacy where a result is contrary to what's expected (like the twin paradox) and not one where the premise is outright flawed (like logical fallacies).
