I am only engaging in this dialogue because I am being possesed by a demon but their are specific jobs you can thrive in with an IQ of 120. Personally, I wouldnt let an IQ score hold so much weight because it is limited in understanding mental capacities along with it causing mental anguish or as something to lean on when things dont go your way.
