I usually score 135-145 on most IQ tests that are primarily raven matrices (except for the Ravens 2 which seems to have consistently inflated scores to me)
I would say a more expansive memory and quick processing speed are the best traits to have in terms of day-to-day usefulness.

It varies by race fromn what I rememember
east asians tend to have a higher spatial compared to their verbal.
