It's hard to grab the metals and other resources needed for further chinkshit development from tribes dressed in second-hand rags and armed with soviet rifles.
Pointing out why that's problematic, is the difficult part. It's like explaining how national debt works. It's about human values, reputation, confidence, respect for each others land, different circumstances and the way of life formed from all this. It is about how one would like to be treated in the reversed roles.
Africans have the IQ they need to procreate successfully. What has taken other people hundreds of thousands of years of evolution cannot happen in a couple of centuries in Africa without great disrespect for human rights and dignity. I doubt there would be any humanity left worthy of advancing after such an event.
Instead, handpick and support the ones with abilities for forming mutual goals. Mass migration is not the constructive way to approach understanding, because of fundamental biological behaviors leading up to disagreement, self-preservation and conflict.
