Second Order Shuman Resonance
Some sources say 14.1 hz, others say 14.3 hz. Is this a natural variation, or it is slowly changing? I am seeing different things from every source I see, but all sources indicate that they have variation of 0.1 hz, which wouldn't include 14.1 and 14.3 naturally. So what is going on here?
