IDK if I'm doing something wrong or what. I was testing with a Pogryn and maybe they are immune to it or somet shit, but I just tested with a Reaper and it seems to be working. Goes from 1206 to 1447 damage. Is that really a 20% strength increase?
But Pinpoint Targeting for sure doesn't work.
