Not that anon but I'd say at the least it's not worse. I don't mind the Sonic OC thread even if I think it's autistic, and I mostly hate the single sentence twitter screencap threads and AI slop threads. If jannies actually consistently did their job and banned ALL low effort garbage consistently then them deciding this thread, along with other frequent topics like E33 and Mario Kart threads, belonged on /vg/ after a couple weeks wouldn't be as bad. It would still suck because /vg/ is a hellhole where discussion goes to die, but at least it would be consistent. That these threads get deleted on sight but not the other shit is what makes it appalling.
