I used to (rewatch) gits religiously when i was young. Loved it. The live action was so fucking bad i dropped the series completely and haven't watched a second of it since.
They literally copy paste a (middle-school level) thematic analysis OF THE FILM ITSELF into a character's fucking dialogue AND THEN they made that the fucking trailer, too. Fucking astonishing.
And then they have the robot geishas turn into full on crab tanks for le heckin epic action even though it makes no fucking technological sense. Can't hack a dishwasher into a gun, the hardware just isn't there. It's retarded.
