As for feeding, I just do the usual feeding ledge with CGD in the cups. Fed every third day, though sometimes he'll refuse food. This could be because he had recently shed and is full of skin, or he's not into the flavor, or just because he forgot where the food cup was.
Hand-feeding can result in overfeeding, reliance on you for food, and excess stress, in my opinion. When I had hand-fed my leachie, it was always a 'fight' which resulted in him shitting on me maybe a third of the time.
As for amounts, mine is about 250 grams and 12.25 inches long, and he'll clear out one of those larger (2 inch width) cups in a single night.
The feeding ledge may need to be custom, propped up by other decorations in the enclosure, or just held up by a fuckton of magnets. The force generated by a leachie's jump will knock down any common commercially available ledge, including the double magnet ones.
