neither tony or triple h know how to make stars. vince would take random guys that had been around doing nothing and give them actual gimmicks. look at the honky tonk man. wayne farris had been around for years did vince bring him in under his real name? hell no he was given a gimmick. same as ted dibiase and many others. years ago when vince cared and tried he could see talent and could give that talent a platform to succeed. he made them stars. today everybody is so bland they are interchangeable. also booking matters. look at how badly the wyatts have been booked. just awful
