Just watched Tiff's whole thing. She's totally delusional. Leaving aside the fact she lost her job because she fucked a colleague who is married/engaged, it's pretty obvious why she would've been dropped anyway and hasn't got a look in since. The kiwi accent does NOT work on women. Her voice is so disgusting and grating. Was a massive struggle getting through her 2 minute reel because of it. If her job was to just stand there and be pretty, she'd be the best in the business, but she's got to provide some commentary and that voice is fucking feral. If she's serious about wanting to get back on the air, she needs to invest in speech therapy and overcome her kiwi accent.
