uhh can't you make an M4 but like....not meta? There's plenty of decent parts that make a good build and wont break the bank. Not this exact build but the handguard in particular is great stats for the price. Then use the daniel stock and an orion pistol grip and you'll get ok performance. Suppressors are not too expensive on flea if you get the off meta ones, and you should have zillions of 556 suppressors laying around anyway. Build 40-round mags instead of 60 rounders.
