Blew through probably $200 worth of rounds in my .44 this past week. Has anyone had trouble with the safety getting knocked loose and engaging in between shots? This is a brand-new problem for me. I deliberately tightened the screw on my safety so that it wouldn't wiggle, but it still is. I'm honestly thinking about just doing something to permanently fix it in place.

This much isn't a lie, at least with my .44 diggle. Actually, I've found that lighter cowboy action loads run smoother than the Sgt. Thunderfuck's Buffalo Taint Vaporizer rounds. I'm surprised to hear that your .357 didn't have problems, since my understanding was that the entire gas system relies on a shitload of force to cycle rounds.
