No. There's been plenty of games I wish had gotten server code dropped before they were deleted forever off the face of the earth and it's an absolute crime they're gone, but the thing about SKG is that there's zero expectation to apply it retroactively so it needed a recent case to kick it off and a lot of live service modern games have been like, absolute garbage battle royales and hero shooters nobody can be expected to care about.
