Fancy being big in Japan…? This could be your break!


We have been approached by a Japanese TV show production company that makes a funny variety show where comedians explore why different people visit Japan. There is interest in featuring WRC players!
Typically, a camera crew will interview inbound visitors at the airport and then follow up later to see what they’ve been doing. If you’re already in Japan, you’re unlikely to be selected simply due to the way the format is designed.
We have no control if WRC will be picked up and even less control over whether any individual is picked up. What we are doing is collecting the flight numbers and dates of those interested in participating, so they can “ambush” you off the flight and get an interview. It may be that you don’t get picked up at all… Unfortunately, I can’t tell you if you will be but nothing ventured, nothing gained.
If you are interested, please reply to this mail with the following:
-Your name and country

-Your flight number, airport, arrival date and time

-An additional photo or two to help identify you

-Any extra description like height or suitcase style

-Whether you speak English or Japanese (fluency in neither is required!)
(If you have already sent this information over discord, please don’t feel the need to do it again).
Again, I can’t make promises on whether this will happen but if one or more WRC players are picked up, it will definitely be a fun experience.
