I don't feel in danger as much as I thought I would but at the same time I don't feel safe either

I had srs and it really hurts.
I can't move my left without my surgery tearing up and bleeding.

Is this normal? My doctor says it is and that I should stay at home but if I stay at home for the period he gave me I'll be fired from my job

If anyone has experience with srs did you go through something similar?
