Forgot to mention that the bank says "anoyo bank", as in "afterlife bank". Anoyo (あの世) means "other world" and refers to the afterlife in this series and in general.

Kain's final line here had a note in Japanese: "命数管理局のMのマーク! (ローマ字読み)" so, it said "read in romanized characters". I assume the M in that case refers to "命数" or "Meisu" as in "lifespan". I assume in VIZ's localzation, the M is for Management.
