This is about a years worth of oral fin and min and at age 29.

Shit really snuck up on me since my hairline itself hasn't really receded much, it just started thinning all over the place. At least at the very worst I can say that it seems to have halted the thinning, but that thin patch towards the front still drives me crazy when I'm trying to style my hair.

Should I try dut or any other techniques to get more regrowth or should I just cut my losses and be happy that I've gotten it thick enough in spots to more or less hide most of the thinning?
