the real though part for me was staying consistent with the exercises. Try to do them when you are waiting, like in the elevator, or at a bus stop, or when pissing. But they feel so good. Especially the ones where you press the masseter but really press it like you were trying to bruise it, its a strong muscle, it can take it.
