I wasn't sure how to answer your points, and so I took some time at a main CI website to research what that pastor has to say about it, and have found that the CI explanation is that these are still the same nations (of white Adamites) which are being referred to. The webmaster/pastor of christogenea.org cites Deuteronomy 32:8 (pic related) as evidence of this.
