honestly? as much as pretty much every track in ch4 is a masterpiece, i think my actual favorite is It's TV Time. I'm just way too much of a sucker for those 90s TMNT game instrument samples and the "happy memories with your CRT if you're an oldfag millennial like me and toby" vibes. then that mix of "hell mode depression tenna" with mother 1 soundfonts near the end just elevates it even more with variety, and the fight and character it's associated with are top-tier
