The reason why Japan specifically would be so OP is they would have an LPI radar, the J/ARG-1 transmitter for their missiles wouldn't set off RWRs, and then with AAM-4Bs would have LPI AESA seekers which wouldn't even have to go pitbull since the DL channel stays open until impact for the AAM-4. The IR TGP pod also has DL capabilities, so Japan would basically have free reign to fire off invisible missiles where in no stage would the RWR be pinged.
