I want them to be daily and don't want sparks from an angle grinder to burn holes in them. So I was looking at the viddas because they're thicker and not 100% plastic but I don't want hot balls as well. Drying time doesn't matter to me. I wear these 5.11s right now but I don't like how shitty the sewing is (multiple asymetries), I don't like the side pocket position as they snag on things, and I don't like the material as it tears easily. The high waistline and amount of pockets is excellet as is the depth of pockets. The mobility is also good and you can put kneepads in them. The back pockets fit 30rd magazines they are so huge. If 5.11s quality control and material were better they would be good enough. But the material is ugly and the tolerances in stitching are bad. They're also patchy looking with multiple visible stitchlines that could be hidden.
