Felt ridiculous to pay so much for a new one but my thinking is that if you have something broken, buy a new one and fix the old one. You won't ever be without afterwards

The old one is fixed, all the keys went in OK (as OK as they ever do) and they all register reliably with no more ghosting or missing, don't even have all the nuts in
