It's not, you need strobing or black frame insertion as a native hardware option.
Otherwise it's completly pointless due to sample and hold motionblur, which actually comes from your own eyes.
This is why CRTs will destroy even oleds because at the end of the day you're looking at the screen with your human eyes. The strobing that CRT or BFI induces tricks them into not blurring each frames together.
Leading to this, some LCD can destroy an OLED with 4x less ingame FPS in term of motion clarity.
I still love oleds because of the deep blacks and awesome hdr, and the instant response time do help a lot but ultimately the biggest issue with gaming displays isn't even something that most people even know about and almost nobody is testing or talking about.
