I think it's unlikely that Guilty will do that, since what you describe about variation in life experience can be accomplished by just adjusting each girl's life circumstances and the maturity of how they carry themselves or how their personality manifests. Or in terms of their body type, again, just make the variation in the characters, since people grow up differently and it's not like they need to stick within bounds of body sizes when in high school, a period of dynamic growth for most people due to puberty.

Plus, Guilty seems to prefer a relatively tight organizational grouping for its heroines, and in Toriko especially all the heroines tend to be affiliated with a single educational institution. Colleges are a degree of separation from K-12, both in terms of campus location and perception difference, so affiliation is looser for college students, even if visiting their alma mater high school or something, and the same point can be accomplished with teachers that work for said school. Rio and Nao both fall under this, likely being in their late 20's or early 30's as a nurse and teacher, respectively.
