The power of a weapon is the combined number of the various stats of the weapons, which can be seen when equipping a weapon.
The "dump stat" is the most useless (up to interpretation/play style per person) of the weapon. In my image I used warp resistance as the dump stat for my force sword (I should go back and try to get one with 60% as the max for the dump stat, which would bring mobility to 80%).
These numbers are RNG when you receive the weapon, and their max is achieved by upgrading the weapon at hadron.
The most common way to get the weapon you want is to go to the weapon store and buy a shit ton until you get the stats you want, then go upgrade it.
