It's a shame that this place has basically no space to build a base in, it's one of the coolest looking places in the game imo.
They even sealed it off with rocks. I guess that was to prevent people getting lost when they start, since it was obviously supposed to be the tutorial area, mostly since the intro shows you waking up on the beach, and it's a very linear path up. But I guess they don't have plans to implement that ever, there's even a new jump pad at the bottom.
