Yes, there are many interesting aspects to them.
Another example would be the time between one changing to a certain avatar or style and the entire herd having eventually changed to that style or even a whole event being born from this.
Happened with the EP pony for example. There were many occasions when some switched to them but one day a certain threshold was crossed, then a whole crowd was wearing it and a week later we had an actual EP pony event
