I don't think she'd get flanderized, but she probably would be used more comedically unless it was the original, prime-version of Eden, who's still sealed away in heaven for one thousand years and who by the time she gets out will only wake up to a world where the person she devoted her life to is long since dead, said person also set her up and stabbed her in the back, the world near-universally hates or doesn't care about either of them, everyone has long since moved on and Luka and Alice have a non-zero chance of still being around given their life spans are only mentioned as "undefined" and "undefined but longer due to angel dna". And if they're not around then their descendants would be.
Given how much we're used to her at this point I think it's easy to forget that the "Eden" we know who won and got over her past is the one from the singularity world, and a lot of the girls who show up on the island are from that original world.
Given they're 2/3 on home runs so far, I have faith that bringing the Original Eden back would be kino.
