Like, giving each of them a request scene version of their BF minigame would be a big improvement already (Similar to how you can request Konstanz instead of only challenging her to a BF)

Also I hate how difficult it is to trigger their "you made it halfway there but your HP is still not enough to actually win" dialog in the middle of their scenes (like the Meru/the loli one mentioning that you aren't unlike the other boys in the neighborhood when you're about to lose), specially in Part 3 where I was completely unable to find the correct amount of HP to trigger those phrases

I really don't even get WHY Juska's a battle fucker, since it seems pretty at odds with her being a Superhero of Justice running around shouting [Justice-X!] catch-phrases and beating the crap out of Succubi and/or other Monster Girls for trying to rape people. I'm not sure why they'd feel the need to specify it's exactly like the time they saved the village from the epidemic or that she's hotter than she usually is otherwise.
Her thinking nothing's wrong with her is actually in-line with how all of the Harpies acted whenever they finally succumbed to the virus. Even Lucretia when she finally couldn't hold out any longer and gave in to it started acting like she just wanted to mate and have fun and you just had some bad luck to wind up in front of her, it's just that Lucretia's talk about wanting to have sex and fuck you will briefly get interrupted by her fighting against it long enough to regain some control and to tell you to run away or that she's sorry and can't control herself anymore, and the fight wears her out enough for her willpower to win out again. It's why they locked themselves up in the first place, since the danger they'd pose would come from them not being able to realize what's happened to them anymore.
If Mini ever came down with the alk-q5 lust fever that probably is exactly how she'd act. She wouldn't think anything's wrong.

I think I figured out why it gave her a random accent. I had an example to help it distinguish dialects and accents but it seemed to have been messing with the translation made by the LLM (Weirdly enough, it's only Deepseek that does this) so hopefully without it, it'll stop that. The only down side is unique dialects won't be translated which does make a lot of speech read as samey.

Finally out of the time loop. I strongly disliked having to look at gross shit like vore, but puzzle solving was fun at least, at first, until it turned out I solved things in like opposite order and it gave vague hints about the one I missed so there was a bunch of extraneous loops where I tried to figure out why Promestein wouldn't accept the cell phone as the item causing the loop. It's ultimately my fault though, I had no idea about the statue because I found Magatsu while exploring early on but when I wanted to speak to her I completely forgot where she showed up. The house went by quick but the fact that I HAD to lose to Myusca (the worst character in the game) was frustrating too, otherwise that one was easy. Anyway, if I liked everything but the forced loss scenes.

Dynamic_Skill_Mod and Actor_Feature_Modifier mods are OBSOLETE and incompatible, pls remove them.

Most powerful mod for dynamically applying changes/tweaks to the game via external text files.
Supported objects: Actor/Class/Skill/Item/Weapon/Armor/Enemy/Troop/State
Changes are applied through separate *_Patch*.rb files., e.g. Armor_Patches.rb or Weapon_PatchCHEAT.rb

Actors: everything supported, including Note and Features changes.
Classes: Features, Note, Skills (learnings), EXP Curve changes. Parameter Curves not supported.
Skills: Everything (except Repeats, perhaps) supported, including Effects and Note changes. Factually it's the Dynamic_Skills mod merged in with others.
Old Skill_Patches.rb is compatible, but there were new skill changes added with release of this merger.
Items: Same as Skills, everything supported.
Weapons: everything supported, including Features and Note changes.
Armors: Same as Weapons.
In Armor_PatchRC.rb there are some drastic changes to two "technical" armors for Double/Triple Racial Chain abilities. They are definitely overpowered. Take a look and remove it if that's too much.
Enemies: everything supported, including Features, Note and Action Patterns changes.
Troops: everything supported, including event pages. There's not much going for Troops, but its possible to easily add/remove enemies to them
States: everything supported.

On a very technical level - no, mod works with 2.41 just fine.
But, patches with specific changes might not work. E.g. 2.41 doesn't have La Croix sprite i used in packed with the mod Enemy_Patches.rb, so to make it not crash you'd need to remove that edit/patch or change it to some other sprite if you wish.
Similarly, if there were id changes in skills or other objects, patches would apply to wrong things or just empty things. I just made those off of 3.06 files, so.
But important part - patches would apply, mod does work, as intended.
Pic - i've quickly whipped up random ass changes to normal ass Dagger, but in 2.41. Everything applied correctly: new skills, stats changes, note changes.

Sonya earned massive points for me in the collab when Luka's party shows up and her and Nuruko double team Nemna so she eats a club to the face and several tentacle attacks at once sadly that's all the shikifag allowed them to get away with because the fight quickly turned into a melee that became a stalemate truce because Myusca was about to get series and the moment she would show her true power to get out of Daiymoukai's spell could have been the moment their "allies" would back stab them to eliminate the competition or Luka and the Heroes would finish them, the fact that the seraph and sisters had to fight them to a draw means at that moment Luka's party wasn't really able to fight them seriously. Hmph, let's see them try that again now that Luka, Alice, IIIas and Sonya are god tier as are a good chunk of their party, they're far past the strength of the ancestors and archeangels now.

I'd loved Charis a ton already but I really had no idea just how much she'd actually been doing, she really is astoundingly awesome. She doesn't even have a signature weapon like Fermi or Perili do. I hope she gets one, she deserves it. Either way it's really cool that the 'lower rarity' girls can still compete with the higher tier ones.

I really am glad I joined right as they did finally give her something but really I wish that I got to see her more. I like her just as much as Perili and can't choose between them, but the funny penguin has a ton of spotlight and got an entire chapter dedicated to her and her rival. The only times Charis has gotten to show up outside of her personal misadventures was because she wanted to train; the first was her knowing she'd probably get beaten in the fight but she wanted to try and practice being more assertive anyways, and the second was just a friendly sparring match. It's almost a crime she's not gotten to do that much.

She's still great though. God bless this chicken's heart.

With the help of new yokai girls, I managed to improve my record from 21 to 24. I can't imagine power levels needed to clear full 30, some challenges straight up kill any girl few seconds after placement, or to name other, that stupid hp sponge spider, that regens itself to full after few seconds, and it disables any unit that dares to attack it.

Rip, couldn't quite make the comeback, such is the drawback of autos. This is still /mggg/'s best ever result though, so nothing to feel bad about. Hope you all enjoyed their run.

This also means we get to send a player to the /vg/ roster for the 4chan c_p this summer. I'm thinking of polling it, but if I get enough replies for a specific player to this post I'll just send it. I'd personally suggest chi~pa~pa because of her performance or Touch Fluffy Tail.

It wasn't a good game, it was before gacha games started just copying real games for gameplay and instead just did their own thing that usually wasn't any good, but I liked some of the girls and looked forward to new designs.

The thing about the LoC is that it was only added because people beat Reaper in Part 1 when the Dev thought it was impossible since Reaper had like 9999 attack which is insane for Part 1. LoC was never meant to be difficult as it's meant for Part 3 characters and only now we see how busted they are, and this is probably how Nero kills the 10 floor bosses since all of them are weak to timestop. At best the updated LoC will just be a pain in the ass with characters that ignore resistance but will be vulnerable to either Timestop or Daystar and if that doesn't work there will be an auto-hit reflect build meta.

Anon I've tried doing this multiple times and most of the time I feel like I ended up just getting ignored. I had a great time and I really enjoyed how the bosses were but most people just seem to want to instagib everything. To be fair part of the trouble here is that the game doesn't have a skill or ability encyclopedia, or even tell us what jobs/races teach on level up. I know not everyone's the kind of person who loves it when a Boss Fight is a long (relatively), hard battle that requires you to have good knowledge of the system where even one mistake can be fatal, nor is everyone the kind of person who becomes extremely attached to their team (as you said) and is determined to finish what they started with the girls they grew to love. TrTr seemed to have flaked out about letting Alice and the HKs still with her being killed.

On one hand, perhaps that's part of why I ended up liking this Island. The comparatively smaller scale is kind of comfy in a way, and while I definitely have some strong Girls and solid builds, the tougher fights really do feel like tough fights that just remind me of what I liked, even if the battle system is much different.

Thank God for Charis, I would never have gotten the 3* Challenge Clear without her being able to lock down and kill these things. She completely carried this elemental lock challenge. It's nice to have a normal enemy like this again.

It's a small issue with a support like Reina whose ability and skill can be learned by all, but it also makes Reina more interesting in a playthrough as she can Sky Dance chain into Lucky Song and overlevel if we accept using Lucky song in each battle ain't grinding before anyone else can do something similar besides well Shirohebi. The thing about Cerberi is that they have a triple ranged magic attack which then switches to physical triple attacks when blocked. This means you either want to drop a tank directly on them, or have very good healing/ranged units with enough bulk to not instantly melt as they endure the ranged fireblasts as the Cerberi slowly saunter through.

The most infamous enemies in the Labyrinth by the way are the Minotaurs. Your harpy team might actually have a much more reasonable time though due to them avoiding the major problem they pose.

to be fair, status infliction rates are pretty rare, and she also has that. And it stacks with the abilities and gems for them as well, which makes her nigh-guaranteed to apply them. She was stunlocking even things with a 1%-2% resistance rate with her multi-hit dances, and then triggering the conditionals on those dances mid-attack from the statuses she kept throwing out, and sure that's not like mind-blowing compared to the comical rapier combos that can be pulled off but it is pretty nice how her combination of rare trait bonuses worked out. I agree though that in an objective list, she would probably be placed based on how much she's going to buff the aforementioned rapier combo since she can chain Sky Dance into THS or that Hit-Count-Up Song.

I honestly think World Drown becomes an extremely fun fight once you take into account that you can actually Null!Counter her Ocean Skills, which stops her from spamming her most dangerous attacks that can easily lead to a TPK from their debuffs, but at the same time it's balanced out by the fact that said Null!Counter will also heal her because she absorbs Water/Nano. Null!Counters aren't perfect, but I have to be honest, the way TRTR used them when it came to Bosses was genuinely really fun.

The guide says the abilities to equip and Uriela has 2 Overboosters and Heavy Attack. And to chain Tri-Element Fist to Illusion Heaven Dance then End Full Burst. If using a special buff this lets her alone beat the first 5 calamities, and lets you enter Administrator's Tower. Then it says she rejoins with 3 Forbidden jobs one being the Monster job so you make a Triple Monster chain End Full Burst with all the monster abilities Attack Overload and Fist Overbooster now as well. He only had problems with Koron and that's because he barely leveling her at all.

Im at the beginning of paradox part 1 playing on Very Hard and I want to make the Four Bandits my main combat team because they were my favorite characters from the VN. How should I build them?

So far heres my ideas:

Gob: Not really sure if i should aim for giga fighter since she can always use clubs, or more of a martial artist focus to capitalize on her high Agility.

Papi: focus on her low HP berserk thing. Get Edging from apprentice hero and as many passives as I can find that are like "revive at 20% hp" or "more damage below 20% hp" or "get a damage shield so you dont die". Then aim for the berserker job and monster skills jobs.

Vanille: Just get a bunch of thief/merchant stuff. I dont know. She seems pretty bad but I like her, so shes in my party. After that maybe black magic.

Teeny: Just all the maid and cook stuff I guess? Maybe get her some healing magic since nobody else on the team has it?

Merchant first for Vanilla, she's good utility
Teeny's actually the worst of the four (Vanilla's really not that bad, she's just not suited for direct combat) but she can handle fun support jobs like Service and Cooking so have her train in those, as it will enable her to let Papi and Gob do ridiculous things later on.
For what it's worth two others have run through to the end with the Four Bandit Team (at least one on Paradox) and beaten it with them, and it's because their strongest attribute is actually the free stat buff they give each other just by existing. So having all four of them out will boost all of their stats a lot.
You could also have Mini join them if you want, as she's effectively the Honorary Fifth Bandit and has become friends with all of them. Even if she doesn't get the stat buff the others do, she rounds them out well with her specialties in Dance/Wing/Breath, and while her trait isn't perfect she still has a cool crisis mechanic and free auto-revive.

This is just being accurate to mermaid legend. The reality is all fishfolk is mythology were extremely voracious and deadly because that's what the sea did. to be fair to them, Centaurs are grouped in with Beasts as a whole, and they are treated nicely. So are Kitsunes, with the exception of Alice who hates them and they portray her intense loathing of their race as one of her few real bad points despite Tamamo having engineered her hatred for them deliberately. Dragons are rare, but they are treated well too.
It is surprisingly to me though just how little Lamias get of anything despite the "main" girl who was the heroine of the original literally being a Lamia. Unlike most other species they don't even have a town or organized community until the very very end of the game. It's hard to find a lot about them. Doesn't help that their "pinnicle" that TRTR added is almost unanimously agreed to be the worst of the calamities. Beyond every other race is either too disorganized or out-of-focus to get a read on or spends their time getting turned into the subject of ire.
With the exception of Succubi, who are also made fun of, but then constantly get exemptions or protections extended to them that other races who do similarly terrible things like them don't get because of the obviously massive bias trtr has for them, which is probably part of why people hate them.

There are a lot of myths and stories about Mermaids anon, many have them as unlucky omens that bring doom and seek to drown or kill people, many also have them as kind and beneficial to humans by way of offering them cures and riches or falling in love. All you have to do is to abuse skill haste. That's it, you solved the game. Skill haste lets you go first and completely ignore Agility. Do this for 4 characters and you destroy everything on turn 1. Always max all jobs you have. Proofs could double your damage in some cases. If you are very lazy you can just kill the entire game with one character doing Crisis build. Yeah, some bosses have annoying reflects and cancels, but changing your build around that takes 5 minutes.
If you don't want to do skill haste you can just make one party member functionally immortal and give super buffs to everyone making all fights a breeze.
The difficulty isn't the gameplay, it's reading 1000000000000+ passives and skills and races and effects and understanding that 95% are bad and other 5% are completely busted and semi-mandatory.

But it doesn't matter because script doesn't care about player characters at all, nullify predation tag and methods only defined for enemies.
Mod, instead of providing smart and deep solution, runs a check like it does for enemies but for if predation target character has either the ability or one of the armors equipped, directly. No you're pretty much correct, I might've worded it wrongly because I don't actually disagree with the character. They're pretty much just acting in-character and centaurs in that setting make sense as well since they're essentially just a civilized version of IRL wild horse herd dynamics, where a single stallion gets dibs to an entire herd of mares as long as he's strong enough to keep them. The only problem is that the patriarchy lecturing basically becomes the entire character, which just puts them into the territory of being an annoying character. You can have an stance backed on logic and reason, but it becomes obviously emotionally charged when you insist on bringing it up at every opportunity, even going as far as to start including counter-arguments in out of story sections at the ends of chapters. Then the entire issue gets compounded when it's not just the centaur girl, but an entire side plot with the second MC too. Which is pretty much the worst part of the manga, because it completely forgoes showing us any interesting exotic monstergirls in favor of human drama and human women getting raped by orcs/goblins. I agree with you that generally trying to put too many things together in a Monster Girl can make them less than the sum of their parts, but when it's a Monster that was originally a simple cross between two creatures it tends to work really nicely since they're often simple themselves, and the simplicity works great. Sort of like a Cockatrice, or a Sphinx, or a Griffon. In this case the Ophiotaur was just a bull that's lower half was a snake.
And it was also only featured once, which is probably why it's almost never seen in any media. But considering Snake Milking is a real thing, Oramus did make it work quite nicely. They actually reference the original myth very well too.

It's funny that I went into this wanting to take the opportunity to finally try out some other kinds of Monster Girls and see what I would do only to end up nearly exclusively using Harpies and Birds anyways. I think there's only a few non-harpy non-MGQ girls I've actively used. She's definitely one of them though.

Charis and Ateru are really making good use of Lucretia's buffs, this entire challenge line would've been impossible without them working together. Charis in particular just stomped all of the archers and mage snipers. That in itself would be enough, but the game ends with Laplace opening a few threads of a parallel world she is residing at (all we know is there is a Coffee Shop) and then we barely get further exposition. If it was to return to a previous entry there was no need to leave it open like that, which is why I assume it was a third world altogether.

There's a lot more characters with +HP some even being +100% Max HP, and Slimes in general make better tanks because they can chain slime into shield tank skills so they can use the multiple turn skills and then spam shield heals or other skills. Not saying she's bad because Insect is still a tanky race but the competition is way more fierce and even old normal slimes can compete to be tanks.
