>In sanma ranked, getting first is more important than in yonma ranked. As there are only three players, it's harder to avoid last.
>So rather than focusing on avoiding last place, try to make taking first place your main goal.
>When you find yourself in last place, remember that you can recover even from large point differentials. Don't just tilt out.
>Getting a direct mangan hit or baiman tsumo is surprisingly realistic.
>Landing a direct hit on first place for a comeback to first happens fairly often. With less people who you may have to decline ron on, it's just easier to do.
>Also, because everyone will be aiming for first place, it's less common for last place to be stuck in a shitty situation.
>Accordingly, I think it's best not to pay too much attention to players below you and aim for first until your South dealer turn is over.
