they gave it back after like 7 years of only having Tackle Lv2, plus a skill that lets it use tackles to cancel out of melee recovery animations (it basically deals like 3000-4000 damage per tackle now)
better late than never, I suppose
the real kicker of this balance patch was the guns, HP and Manuever Armor Lv2
