first try at loomisslop, I’m spending about 15-25 mins on each face, is there such a thing as taking “too long” on a piece? or is implementing time constraints or worrying about volume of work produced in a drawing session a beginner’s trap?
also in terms of specific advice or critique, if anyone can recognise why the bottom left face simply looks rotated and how I might instead portray it as being angled/tilted upwards, I’d really like to know
and any tips on hair in general for simple faces like these would be appreciated
