I've played H40 pysker on the 1st havoc season thingy and now up to 36 only using trauma. I think purge is just too braindead even though looking at the ground a lot isn't cerebral, you still have to aim a bit. It can knock down everything at full charge which makes it useful even with the final toll modifier.
