These niggas are impossible to remake in todays climate. RE5 really is a product of its time. Huge muscled white guy shooting tribal African zombies would never fly now.
They could try to present it in a more sophisticated and mature way by introducing some new character and plotline that deals more with the theme of how the Africans are actually tragic victims of some evil white mustache twirling super villain, but the presentation of these enemy types are still probably too much.
Capcom would get way too much flak.
