If they want to make battles last a bit longer (OTK and OD loops are retarded and should have never been allowed in a well designed jrpg) then that's fine, but this is gacha, so it's probably that they'll drop stupidly broken units to make up for the damage reduction so people will pay more money. Aoi5 is already one of such broken units, so...

The 31C perk scares me. Why would you need +5 more uses on an EX skill? Are they trying to make gruelingly long battles where 4 uses isn't enough?
