Well, while the numbers in the Toriko series are definitely improving, imo it still hasn't reached some of the numbers that the older Guilty titles have.

After all in the older titles we had an entire prison being served by a single girl (at least in the 'cannon ending'), or an entire village + extra visitor's.

Well, the current Toriko series - at least if we don't include the recent Toriko IF story into consideration - might have surpassed the level's from Last Waltz (at least in some entries and if we take the DLC content into consideration)
