I love this devious stupid little girl so god damn much

I will add, that CCS was the last well animated series before things started to get sloppy fast by 2007ish. Though by 2018 it went to complete shit again and then 2020 made it much worse. I kinda stopped watching anime as much after 2018 because it was that noticeable how bad it was getting.
