Yeah, adding whole milk to my protein smoothie fixed my fat intake. I do omad, this was my calories for today. I try to shoot for 1500 kcal with 40g of fat and 150g of protein minimums, didn't quite hit it today but was pretty close. Smoothie was very filling today, I still feel stuffed.
