Plot resolution hint 2: What Purirun lost is in your face. She literally only lost her memories of Uta. Muscle memory, like instinctively cheering Cure Idol on, was not lost. Meroron has not forgotten anything about her love for Purirun, yet she had to lose something. Follow along, this is the important part! If that's the case, it means her love of Purirun wasn't the most precious thing as she assumed after all. That has to sting like hell. Meroron isn't just keeping Purirun away from the girls—she's keeping herself away from them too.
