that's only being deleted from respective chat history, if any of your friends logs your chat conversations they still can access anything you wrote or sent them
picrel is history of all files I sent through steam chat to others and shit goes back all the way to 2022 and there is no way to request deletion of it from steam servers either
you can check yours here, it gives you a list of game save files saved in cloud but there is also this storage that has a blank name but includes are your files sent through steam chat
