It's part of this path in the room where titan spawn attack. go to the left and if you missed the egg, talk to the Organikk and say "No." and he'll open the path for you back to the corridor

It's not in the first sanctuary. it's in the third sanctuary which is past the door the Knight escapes to. You go through these hidden platforms in the spot where you're attacked by titan spawns and make a left to the Organikk. If you missed the egg tell the dude "No" and he'll let you go through the room to grab it again
