they are not all "slop" by any means. DeS, DS1, DS3 (not as much) and Sekiro are all really great games. Haven't played Bloodborne, and find DS2 and Elden Ring to be quite uninspired, if not outright shit (dont reply if you are a raving DS2 fag). Fromsoft have definitely lost their creative touch and aren't the daring innovators with their finger on the pulse of culture like they used to, but they have produced great games throughout most of the 2010s and managed to scratch itch that felt like a return to old-school, classic ARPG gameplay like you'd see from older games at a time when gaming was really fucking shit during the sixth gen. I've had my fun with their games, but now I'm letting them go and thats fine and I can appreciate that.
