I really wish they'd expand some of their designs a little more, because a lot of their best watches are the khakis with the 24 hour field dials and it really doesn't have to be that way.

This jazzmaster day date is basically the khaki king with a different dial and differently finished case. They took basically the same watch movement and watch concept and totally changed the vibe and feel of the watch. I really think if they did something similar with the khaki mechanical and just gave it a cleaner dial and polished the case it would be a wonderful thin affordable dress watch.
