>no PM so I guess we're the PM but not really. been in a bunch of different projects too and one PM didn't really do nothing except book meetings in which the stakeholders are all throwing sticks and stones at each other and another PM that just made an excel tracksheet and any stakeholder can just write requirements and I guess we're going to have to figure out the solution
>been learning some programming on the side and I have a few scripts to solve some big issues with the team but honestly end users are way too bitchy that they'll probably complain I've automated some of their tasks, my boss still can't fucking tell me if I can add the feature in because he keeps twiddling his thumbs (apparently in our contract, there's a limit on API calls and I need that limit to figure out my solution for my shit), and if I do hypothetically introduce this to him, he'll scope creep the fuck outta it because fuck you. I wouldn't even know how to deal with the IT layer because I'm only starting to realize that everyone in this company is doing no code solutions and our actual no code developers are jeets and kinda dumb.
what the fuck do I do?! on one hand it's some big vague projects that I don't know if I should prioritize since his priority list fucking shifts every hour and sometimes his random jestings just disappear, on the other hand, it's fucking NOTHING but stare at my laptop monitor. FUCK!
