The movie hit the characterizations well in almost all ways, but it gets hurt in traditional movie ways. The plot is nonexistent until the final 40 minutes when it finally starts progressing from scene to scene like an actual movie with connection.

Even with that, I can't hate it enough to say the movie was bad. It was good but I don't know how much I will like it on repeats but we'll see. It gets me excited for whats next in the universe though so if that was their main goal, I think they did a good job
